1. Veerangana Sahodaya School Complex Jhansi shall be a non political, non religious and non commercial body. Its aim shall only be the professional and personal growth of its member schools.
2. The member schools shall pay the admission charges to Veerangana Jhansi Sahodaya School Complex, which is approved by the executive committee.
3. Schools shall send the Registration Form before 31 March 2024 and Admission Fee latest by 7th April’2024.
4. If any school remains absent for three consecutive meetings without prior permission in spite of paying the fee, the Executive Committee may cancel their membership.
5. The number of members of the complex is unlimited.
6. Membership in the complex shall not be transferable.
7. On the report of gross misconduct or such acts will be considered harmful to the health of the complex, in such case if the charges made against the member is found true, then the member shall be removed from the complex.
8. In case of resignation or transfer of the Principal (to other city) the member of the Executive Committee (Sahodaya Complex), has to resign from the post as well.
9. Submit a written suggestion/solutions to the Executive Committee for discussion on any matter.
10. To upgrade the membership for the next year an interest letter should be mailed to the complex latest by 31st January.
11. The Executive Committee shall have the powers to make rules and amendments in Bye-Laws as may be considered necessary in the interest of the Complex.
